Keys to a Nuggets win

facebooktwitterreddit

Carmelo Anthony – Don’t stop shooting and driving to the lane. No one can stop you right now.

Chauncey Billups – Continue to play smart and get others involved early (I’m talking to you JR Smith).

Kenyon Martin – Stay strong on the boards, don’t try for the blocks on the big guys and just makes sure you box out not to give up the easy offensive rebounds.

Nene – Same goes for Nene with the rebounds. He needs to keep looking for the open cutters when you get the ball. His passing from the post is just as important as his scoring.

Chris Andersen – Hopefully you watched some tape on Pau Gasol and can at least give him a little resistance. His spin move was putting you to sleep in game 2 for quite a few easy buckets. You’re not going to block his shots, just wait for a small to enter the lane and do work.

JR Smith – Don’t let this slump get into your head. We need you if we’re going to win this series. Take every open look you have and feed off the crowd.

Linas Kleiza – You had a good game 2 and will probably get some early playing time but if your shot isn’t falling, try to get to the hoop and keep hustling for those loose balls and rebounds.
