Inmate Files Restraining Order Against Melo

It has been a long summer for Carmelo Anthony; first the Denver Nuggets were eliminated from the playoffs early, he was offered an extension, him and La La finally tied the knot, the whole thing with LeBron James, the whole thing with the Knicks, the back-and-forth with the Nuggets, the escapade on Twitter last week (which he blamed on his account getting hacked) and the kicker, Melo is getting sued.

However, not exactly anything he should be concerned about. He is getting sued by Jonathan Lee Riches, who just happens to be an inmate that sues celebrities. Riches has filed a thousand of lawsuits from George W. Bush to Steve Job, as well as other top basketball players Dwayne Wade and LeBron James.

Melo is listed in a lawsuit with Mark Cuban, Dwayne Wade, Jerry Reinsdorf and Jerry Buss. According to Riches,

"Carmelo Anthony told me he is going to kill me … I was his former boyfriend and we were in a sexual relationship in 2000 (Anthony was going to go after Riches because of the tell all book Riches is writing … honestly I might read that book).He also said he stole credit cards to pay Anthony through college and said Anthony melt my Popsicle. Followed by Anthony gave me STDs."
