Felton to return tonight

After missing the previous two contests due to a sprained ankle, Denver Nuggets’ point guard Raymond Felton will return to the floor tonight against the San Antonio Spurs.

Felton hurt his ankle in the closing seconds of the Nuggets loss to the Orlando Magic and super-sub JR Smith has had to fill in as the backup point guard for Denver the last two games.

While Felton will be back on the floor for the Nuggets, Denver will be greatly assisted by San Antonio’s franchise player (NOT Superstar) Tim Duncan missing the contest due due his own ankle injury.

Former Nugget Antonio McDyess and rookie Brazilian Tiago Splitter should see playing time in replace of Duncan.

Manu Ginobili stepped in Duncan’s absence and scored 28 points.
