Ujiri on scouting mission

The Denver Nuggets general manager Masai Ujiri is on a scouting mission along with former Nuggets star Glen Rice and John Manyo Plange, the senior NBA Africa director.

Ujiri, who was the mastermind of the Carmelo Anthony trade, started his NBA career as a unpaid scout and is always trying to promote basketball overseas and has become the director of the NBA’s Basketball Without Borders Africa program,

Nene to San Antonio?
As we discussed last week, Nene has stated he is more interested in winning than the money and one of the most ideal teams in that situation is the San Antonio Spurs. And Paul Garcia of Project Spurs also considers it a possibility. While it would be tough to workout, Nene to the Spurs is a possibility.
