I'm sure a lot of Nuggets fans feel that way. I personally like Dre, but I didn't like what I saw from him last year for half the year. When he was motivated he played great, but he wasn't always motivated. It's fair to think that Miller was just trying to improve his stock down the stretch.
Bring him back? Sure, but at the right price. But if Marshall is there, they definitely should draft him.
Trading Chandler (and I would probably assume Mozgov) to get that eighth pick would be doable, especially if Denver takes back Jose Manuel Calderon - who could be Miller's replacement. However, I'm just not sure who the Nuggets would trade up for.

We probably won't get anyone nearly as good as Faried at 20 this year, especially considering our biggest gap will be at backup PG--unless Dre sticks with us. However I'm not sure Dre should even BE our backup PG-- he slows our game down, plays horrendous D, costs more than a rook, and takes some of Ty's confidence away. I would trade up in the draft for Kendall Marshall- he would bring the pass first wicked assist mentality of Dre, cost less, and take less from Ty. The Raptors would probably even take WIlson Chandler to swap picks--giving us a pretty damn good shot at Marshall.

Assuming *sigh* that Dre DECIDES to stay (he acts as if he's doing us a favor, when I would contend he is holding us back), our next need is a backup PF with a different body then Faried. Basically someone built like a brick shithouse that can push everyone around a bit.
