Update on Mozgov from his agent

I ran in to Timofey Mozgov’s agent yesterday at the summer league and he gave me a little insight on contract negotiations and how Timofey feels about the team. Here is what he had to say.

BG: Are there any updates to  the contract negotiations?

Timofey Mozgov’s Agent: No updates but there are contract negotiations in progress.

BG: Are they looking favorable for Denver or does it look like he’s headed elsewhere?

Timofey Mozgov’s Agent: Right now they are looking favorable for Denver. Yes I would like to say that. He like the city, he like the team, he talk to the coach. We hope everything gonna be fine. However they are still talking through the contract.

BG: How does he like the new coaching staff?

Timofey Mozgov’s Agent: Well right now, he still can not judge about it. But talking to them it sounds really  good. They have a new playing style for the club. He thinks he will fit in pretty good.

BG: With George Karl gone does he feel like he will get more playing time?

Timofey Mozgov’s Agent:  Absolutely,  he does feels he’s gonna play more. He’s desperate to play
