Tonight, the Denver Nuggets will take on the Los Angles Lakers. The Nuggets will be going for their second win a row after snapping an 8 game losing streak. The Lakers have been banged up all season long, and the Nuggets should be able to take advantage of the injury riddled team. However, the game will be played in Los Angles which can create problems for the Nuggs.

Nuggets @ Lakers

The Nuggets finally got a win. They beat the Memphis Grizzlies in a high scoring game and will now look to win a few games. Ty Lawson must continue to lead the team. He had a big game against Memphis and is going to need to match those numbers again tonight. A player who has been missing for the Nuggets of late has been Wilson Chandler. Chandler was scoring consistently earlier in the season, but has been struggling. I see tonight as a night where Chandler bust loose and goes for 20 points.

This is going to be an interesting game considering the Lakers themselves just snapped a 6 game losing streak with a win over the Jazz. The Lakers have been without all-stars Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash for most of the season. Obviously, this has affected the team greatly. The Lakers have been led in scoring by Nick Young surprisingly. Young loves to shoot the ball, and the Nuggets will have to be in his face all night and force him to take bad shots.

I believe that the win against Memphis will give the Nuggets some momentum. I see the Nuggets coming out with the win in Los Angles by a score of 107-96. The Lakers are just so inconsistent and hurt to pick them to beat the Nuggets. Look for the Nuggets big men and bench to contribute once again in the victory.
