Tonight, the Denver Nuggets will take on the Orlando Magic. The Nuggets are red-hot, and are winners of 4 straight. The Magic on the other hand, are playing some poor basketball. They have been struggling all season long, and have a record of 10-26. Also, the Magic have lost 6 games in a row. Tonights game presents a great opportunity for the Nuggets to keep the streak alive, but the hope is that the Nuggets will not overlook the lowly Magic.

Randy Foye has been on fire for the Nuggets and that is going to need to continue. Foye was signed for his outside shooting ability and he is doing just that. A big game from him would be huge again tonight especially with Wilson Chandler expected to be out. Quincy Miller will most likely draw the start and he will look to build on his solid performance against the Thunder.

The player I am keeping an eye on tonight is Evan Fournier. The 2nd year player from France has been seeing his minutes increase, and he is clearly make the most of the opportunity. Fournier is providing the Nuggs with solid shooting, and he is becoming one of our best bench players. Fournier and Nate Robinson are the main factors off the bench right now, and are certainly one of the reasons the team is playing so well right now.

The Nuggets are playing great right now, but I really hope that they don’t overlook the Magic. The Magic are bad. There is no way that Denver should lose this game, but you never know. They are led by Aaron Afflalo, who is averaging 20 pointer per game. A player to watch out for is Victor Oladipo. The rookie is crafty, and can score in a hurry. Like the Nuggets, the Magic aren’t filled with star player which helps makes this game even more interesting.

Before the game against the Thunder I said that we would find out a lot about this team and we did. We found out they are legit, but there is still more to find out. The next question is can they take care of business when they easily should? That will be answered tonight, but I think they will. My final score prediction is Nuggets 107-Magic 96. The Nuggets should get their 5th win in a row tonight, but if they don’t, we are back to calling them inconsistent. Be sure to follow along for game updates.
