The Nuggets kept things rolling as they defeated the Los Angles Lakers 134-126. Lately, the Nuggets have been scoring a ton of points and that has been thanks to point-guard Ty Lawson. In last nights game, everyone helped in the win and neither team had a problem scoring the ball. The two game win streak may not seem like much, but the Nuggets could be ready to go on a huge run right now.

The Nuggets starters really got things done last night. Ty Lawson kept up his good play by dropping in 30 points and 17 assists. He is playing at an unreal level right now and it is so obvious that he makes the Nuggets a better team whenever he is on the floor. It has been amazing to watch how far Lawson has come this year, and he is going to help the Nuggets try and make a run at the playoffs.

Kenneth Faried had a career night last night against the Lakers. He scored 32 points which is the most of his career, and ripped 13 rebounds. I said before the game that I wanted to see him continue to play well, and he did more than exceed those expectations. Faried is helping carry the Nuggets with Lawson and the future is bright is Denver.

Pau Gasol led the Lakers in scoring last night with 27 points. He was the only Lakers starter to have a solid game, but the bench helped the Lakers compete with Denver. Ryan Kelly and Jordan Farmer were a huge help to the Lakers as they each scored 24 points off the bench. They helped keep the Lakers in the game, but the rest of the team struggled which cost the game for them.

The Nuggets are looking really good. Sure, people wrote them off and said they were done but there is a chance. With Ty Lawson and Kenneth Faried playing at the level they are, this team could do some good things in the future. Another win could be in grasp tomorrow as the Nuggs will take on the New Orleans Pelicans.
