The Nuggets were without one of their major assets all season long. Gallinari missed the entire season recovering from an ACL tear. The move to hold him out made sense, as this season turned out to be a failure for the Denver Nuggets. However, there is now some good news regarding the Italian big man.
Gallinari is now running, dunking, and jumping. All of these actives obviously put stress on a knee, and it is a great sign that he is able to do them. He will continue to rehab here in the states until June where he will finish his rehab in Italy before the start of camp. Nuggets fans can begin to get excited as one of their best players is looking likely to begin the season in the starting line-up.
