There has been some news surrounding former Denver Nuggets coach George Karl of late. Karl has been linked to the Cleveland Cavaliers executive position for a few weeks now. He recently had this to say.

"Being a leader, running a team and organizing a group with the common goal of winning a championship would be the ultimate challenge in my career.”"

Karl would be great for the Cavs in this position. He began his coaching career in Cleveland, so this is obviously why he is showing special interest in the job. He has already let it known to the media that he is not interested in returning as a coach for a rebuilding team, so this move could make sense. Karl is more than established for this job as he has won a coach of the year award and also been an NBA all-star coach 4 times. More will be learned as the off-season continues.
