The Denver Nuggets are coming off of a very disappointing season. The season was disappointing for a few reasons. The man reason was that the Nuggets were hit with many injuries that held the team back all year. However, the team is moving on and apparently might be looking to make some moves. According to Nuggets General Manager Tim Connelly the team is planning for an aggressive offseason. He had this to say.

"We’re aware of where we need to get better, and we’ll address those needs, whether it’s on draft night, whether it’s through free agency, whether it’s through trades. We’re not content. Our goal’s not to be a bubble playoff team. Our goal is to be a team that’s playing for the Western Conference finals and then you have a puncher’s chance at winning a championship. We’re going to be very aggressive on our end. It takes two to make a deal, so who knows if we’ll find willing suitors, but we’re going to be really aggressive trying to improve this team and use every tool at our disposal.”"

The Nuggets are certainly going to need to make some key moves this offseason if they wish to make the playoffs next year. They need to add more scorers and also more depth to their bench. The Nuggs have a solid core that they can build from, but Connelly is going to need to add a few more pieces to make the Nuggets a true contender.
