According to multiple reports, the Denver Nuggets are close to signing forward Mike Miller. The news is a bit surprising as it was expected that Miller would join whatever it team that LeBron James would choose. However, the Nuggets would gladly welcome in a veteran presence that can help out the young guys, and still produce on the court.

Last season for the Grizzlies, Miller averaged 7 points per game and 2 rebounds. He appeared in all 82 games, and was not injured at all. Clearly he is past his issues that he had with the Heat, and he can still ball. Miller will be 34 years old next season, and if the Nuggets can get him I love the signing. The Nuggets are an extremely young team that could use a vet to help guide the youngsters. Be tuned for official news of the signing.
