A few days ago it seemed like the Denver Nuggets had a deal to sign to veteran forward Mike Miller. Miller and the Nuggets were deep into talks and it seemed like pretty much a done deal. However, once LeBron James made his decision to return to Cleveland, everything changed. There were reports that James would be looking for a few veteran to join him in Cleveland and it appears that Mike Miller is one of his guys.
Miller, who averaged 7.5 points last season for the Grizzlies would have been a good get for the Nuggets. He would have been able to give some guidance to the younger players and also contribute regularly. The Cavs are going to be looking to add some vets to play along side with LeBron James and it really is ashamed that they are taking Miller away from the Nuggs.
