beast last season for the Magic and he posted 18 points per game. Obviously, he is going to start in Denver and make an immediate impact right off the bat. Afflalo is going to make the Nuggets much better this season, and he is already eying up a championship in Denver.

This is what he told basketball insiders.

"“Being traded for me is a positive experience. I really enjoyed my time in Orlando. Rob [Hennigan], Scott [Perry], Coach [Jacque Vaughn], the assistants and all of my teammates really helped me develop as a player and as a person over the past two seasons so I’m very thankful for my opportunity there. I’m happy to be back in Denver, I got some very familiar teammates. I believe this is a championship team under the right mindset and coaching.”"

It’s awesome that Afflalo has so much confidence in this Nuggets team. Clearly he is excited to be back, and he believes in the coaches. With an already young nucleus, and a deep bench, Afflalo makes the Nuggets that much better. Although the west is a very hard conference, it will not be surprising to see them make some noise this year.
