Aaron Brooks will not be returning to the Denver Nuggets. He has reportedly signed a contract with the Chicago Buls on a contract that is for a league minimum. That is a steal for a player of Brooks caliber. When he came over for the Nuggets, he averaged 11.9 points, and  5.2 assists per game. Brooks was a solid back-up point guard, and now the Nuggets are without one.

The Nuggets now need someone to fill their back up point guard void. They have Nate Robinson, but he is much more of a scorer. Now the team is without a true point guard, and they might have to stoop down and sign a veteran such as Chauncy Billups. Losing Aarron Brooks hurts the Nuggets in many ways, but mostly because now they will have to sign a point guard who is most likely older. Look for Nate Robinson and Gary Harris to see their minutes on the rise.
