Kenneth Faried wasn’t expected to make team USA this summer. However, he has proved all of his doubters wrong. Faried is now tearing it up for team USA, and has arguably been their best player.
In their most recent game, USA beat New Zealand and Faried put the team on his back. Faried posted 15 points and also grabbed 11 boards in the game. Clearly Faried has turned out to be quite the pleasant surprise for the Americans, and he will look to continue to carry the team.
