The Denver Nuggets are currently 0-1 in the young preseason and are taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight at 8:00 pm. The Nuggets are coming off of a tough loss to the Lakers where they lost 98-95. The Nuggets had a lot of positive things going for them in the lost but there are a few areas to watch tonight.

The first is rookie Nurkic Jusuf. Sure, it was his first real NBA action, but 2 points is simply disappointing. He shot just 1-8 from the field and that is going to need to change. Look for him to improve tonight as he slowly develops his game at the highest level. The next are to watch tonight is another rookie, Gary Harris. Harris looked awesome is his debut by posting 11 points and it will be interesting to see how he responds from his ideal start in the league.

Tonight is the Thunder’s first game of the preseason. Their starts are expected to log some time on the court tonight, but they have a position battle currently going on that will be fun to watch. The Thunder have a battle going for their starting shooting guard position and it is between a handful of guys. They are Jeremy Lamb, Andre Roberson, and Reggie Jackson. They will all be fighting to start and that will start tonight against Denver.

The Nuggets have to grab their first preseason win. It would be nice to see them get it out of the way, and I think it could easily happen tonight. The Nuggets like last season, have a deep bench and that should help lift them over OKC. Tonights game starts at 8:00 pm and tickets start at just $5!
