With the NBA Draft just a day away, we have completely surrounded the first round picks, but we should still give some consideration to which second-round prospects are the right fit for Denver.

The Denver Nuggets currently hold picks 53 and 56 which are late-second round picks. But, who could they draft there that could make a change in their organization?

Many writers have talked about that Denver will draft international prospects, so they can stash them overseas. The Nuggets are in a predicament with no D-League affiliate to sent their raw talent too, so will that make an impact come draft night?

Here is a list of the 50+ workout prospects that Denver has hosted.

This is vitally important as a team such as Denver or honestly any team will look to work out future prospect; therefore, if they are not on this list, I believe there is a small percentage they are drafted on Thursday. Denver has a wide array of potential with those players that are high-coveted first-round targets to underrated prospects.

Watch this list for players that Denver may pick up after the draft for their summer league team.

The consensus it seems around the organization is that it is doubtful that they hang onto these two pick by either trading for future picks or by combining them to trade up. Both of these are legitimate decisions that I can be almost certain that their management has looked at.

The Nuggets will enter the draft with five picks, and this article assumes that they keep all five for at least the summer to watch for development. Here are the top 5 players that the Nuggets may targets with their picks later in the second round.
