The Deal

*Pick sent from Denver which was acquired via Cleveland (protected for selections 1-5)

**Conditions are set as follows: protected for selections 1-10 for ’17 Draft and unprotected for ’18 Draft

Okay look, I know what you’re thinking, “Ryan you are insane,” but just bear with me here. This trade only helps every one of these four teams.

There hasn’t been a deal of this magnitude to which this trade can be compared, but that doesn’t mean that it should not happen. If the Nuggets, Clippers, Kings and Timberwolves are serious in their aspirations for an NBA title then this trade would help them reach their goal.

From draft picks to all-stars, every aspect of this trade is a valuable building block to whom they are being traded to.
