The Denver Nuggets will finally be on their home court; the only downside is that they will be playing the Golden State Warriors.

After a quick 2-0 start to the preseason, the Denver Nuggets have dropped their past two games in embarrassing fashion to the Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves.

That could quickly switch though.

This is exciting to see, and it means that we will finally have some meat to our takeaways. This Denver team will by vying for a playoff spot, and it will be intriguing to see how a full healthy (not resting) team will be. Obviously, Gary Harris and Darrell Arthur are still out till after the season opener.

The Denver Nuggets have put up several solid numbers throughout this preseason that will yield dividends not only but also in the season. With their 51.0 rebounds per game, the Nuggets have shown a dominance on the boards that should continue with Jurkic starting.

This game will be intriguing as the Denver Nuggets were one of the only teams to give the Golden State Warriors a loss last season. They handed the Warriors their third loss.

That is a pretty cool video. The Pepsi Center seemed electric in a season that it was often dead.

While this game will not mean too much, especially if the Warriors don’t play their starters long, it will see be a key game to see Denver’s starting units competing together.
