Karl earned one 1st place vote and two 3rd place vote, his team also finished the regular season winning 8 of their final 10 games and on a 4-game winning streak.

Greg Popovich won Coach of the Year honors after coaching the San Antonio Spurs to a 50-16 record and top seed in the Western Conference.
