The Denver Nuggets have lost 5 games in a row and will be taking on the NBA’s worst team tonight. They take on The Milwauke Bucks on the road. The Nuggets have finally traded Andre Miller, and the big news is that they brought in Aaron Brooks. Tonights game should be a win for the Nuggs, but they are now making a case to be one of the worst teams in the NBA.
Ty Lawson will once again miss tonights game. He is battling an injured rib and is having a hard time recovering. The injury is tough because it is so easy to re-injure. Without him, the Nuggets are a lost team. They struggle to score the ball without Lawson on the floor, and the hope is that newcomer Aaron Brooks will help out.
The Bucks, who were expected to compete this year, have been flat-out awful. However, they have been led by newly acquired Brandon Knight who is averaging 16 points per game and 4 assist. O.J. Mayo has been disappointing in his first season with the team as he is only averaging 12 points. The Bucks are young and appear to be tanking for the stacked draft class that is coming up next season.
The Nuggets won last time out, but I see the Bucks beating them this time around. The Nuggets have no identity right now, and they are not putting out a productive team on the floor. i am predicting a Bucks win with a score of 104-97. Check in for updates and follow along on twitter @nugg_love.
