One thing is for sure and that is that Peyton Manning is an incredible leader. He has been an outstanding leader throughout his entire career, and people all over admire him. One person in particular who happens to admire Manning’s work is Denver Nuggets head coach Brian Shaw.
Apparently, Shaw wants to take Nuggets point-guard Ty Lawson to a Broncos practice to observe how everyone follows Manning. Lawson is clearly the Nuggets best player right now and is their leader. However, Lawson is still young and needs to gain the respect of his fellow teammates before he is listed at the ‘official’ team leader.
Here is what Brian Shaw had to say about this matter.
"One thing I wanted to do with him, and still may do before we get too heavy into is I want to take him to a Broncos practice so he can see Peyton Manning and how he directs traffic, and how everybody falls in line behind him. But they only do that because they know the work ethic that he has and the time he puts in, and they respect that.”"
