2. Kris Dunn, G, Providence, Jr./6’4″, 220 lbs.

Dunn is hands down the best point guard prospect in this class and the most pro-ready, possibly even more so than Simmons. Dunn is averaging 17.9 points, 7.0 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 3.1 steals per game for the season, helping lead the Friars to a 15-2 record.

His decision making, like most young guards needs improvement, as he averages 3.4 turnovers per game. His perimeter shooting has improved though, shooting a career best from the three-point line (37.5 percent) and a very efficient 46.8 percent from the field.

Dunn has it all from his skillset and physical profile for the point guard position, looking like a potential All-Star for years to come. His playmaking ability, feel for the game, and speed in transition should lead NBA team’s to believe he could be their floor general of the future.
