2. Robert Pack

Pack, at only 6’ 2”, packed a serious punch when it came to throwing down dunks. The 1994 dunk contest in Minneapolis was filled with talent like Shawn Kemp, Allen Houston, and Isaiah Rider as they switched up the format to be 90 second rounds.

Robert Pack did a little bit of it all with tosses, off the backboard, and some cradling to wow the crowd, but it was his finishes that boosted his scores. He jammed with power and leg kicks landing with some thunder under his feet.

Beating the favorite, Shawn Kemp, but falling short of taking home the trophy to Isaiah Rider, the smallest guy in the competition raised plenty of eyebrows. Barton needs this when he is out there. In a day and age where we’ve seen all the dunks, the flair and showmanship reigns. Will “The Thrill” needs to live up to the nickname and put on a true display.
