NO. 29- LA Lakers

Do not be fooled here; I do like the Lakers, I really do. But, this year upcoming season they will not be ready. With the legendary Kobe Bryant retiring, the Lakers will be on the clock second this year, and most assume they will draft Brandon Ingram from Duke.

There projected starting lineup will be Russell, Clarkson, Ingram, Randle, and Nance. The center may be someone bigger than Nance and Randle;therefore, one of them may not start, but unless this team can sign a big time free agent such as DeMar DeRozan, they will be seeing another rough season.

They have the HIGHEST projected CAP space at just under 52 million, but they could keep this money to potentially make a run at a superstar in the following season. Sorry Lakers fan (and I know there are a lot of you), but you will yet again have a rough season.
