Every team can get better, but what does each team need and what players can they expect to be there for them during this NBA Draft?

The 2016 NBA Draft is a two-headed monster. Those two being Ben Simmons and Brandon Ingram. Of course every team would love for either of the two to be there for their pick, but that is unrealistic. Outside of Simmons and Ingram, it is thought of as a weak draft, but nobody knows what some of the players can develop into.

Some teams are in complete need of a full rebuild, but some teams are a piece or two away from becoming a title contender. Teams like the Warriors, who have a championship roster, still have room to improve. The draft is a perfect way to address the needs of a team and build a good NBA roster, so what exactly do the teams need?
