This team without DeRozan would certainly draft a shooting guard with the number 9 pick, but from what I have heard, the Raptors believe DeRozan will stay in Toronto. Therefore, the Raptors most likely go for the one weakness which would be a backup big.

Biyombo, who just made a huge name for himself in the Eaastern Conference Finals, will be looking to get an absurd amount of money. With Toronto not wanting to pay him, they will most likely draft a backup big along with maybe a combo 3/4.
