#2- 2013 NBA Draft- Trade

This is another incident where the entire outcome is not yet know because we do not know the full potential of the players.

Trade

Nuggets receive: Pick 46 in which they then drafted Erick Green, and they also received cash

Jazz receive: Pick 27 in which they drafted Rudy Gobert

Gobert has developed into one the leagues best upcoming bigs. This was a trade is which the Nuggets were basically robbed. Rudy Gobert in 2015-2016 averaged 9.1 points per game, 11.0 rebounds per game, and 2.2 blocks per game. He is lengthy, efficient, and just an overall monster. Denver is lucky that Nurkic and Jokic both have developed nicely, or they would have really regret this trade.

Overall this trade did not hurt the Nuggets that terribly, but it could have caused a lot more damage and still could ultimately altered the way their franchise is headed.
