Indiana Pacers

Despite a disappointing season numbers wise for Kansas, Diallo still has a lot of potential.  Diallo is a hustle player, a chase down specialist.

If Indiana drafts him, it’s because they think he can become the reliable shot blocker and defense rebounder he was mapped out to be in college.  Practicing with guys like Ian Mahinmi (if he resigns) and Myles Turner will be great for Diallo, and the Pacers do need depth at the 4 and 5.

But, do not expect Cheick to be a low-post offensive presence anytime soon.

This is definitely their weak spot, and Cheick is potentially the best shot blocker that this draft could offer with his 7’4″ wingspan. Watch out for the Pacers bigs next year if Cheick is destined to land here.
