2016 NBA Mock Draft
Toronto Raptors
Stephen Zimmerman is an interesting pick if he can find his way to drop to Toronto. Most mock drafts have his 6-11, 235 freshman center from UNLV going in the mid-twenties, but we believe he may drop a bit. He averaged 10. 5 points per game and 8.7 rebounds per game while in his one year at UNLV. He shot a poor percentage from the line at 62.4 and a poor percentage from the three also at just 29.4 percent.
Most analysis believe that Zimmerman is coveted for his soft left hand shot and his coach ability. He would be a solid fit under Casey in Toronto as a back up to Big Val. Toronto, who will be looking for a backup center in this draft, could use this pick on Zimmerman.
Work ethic+ height+ lefty- could equal low-teens for Zimmerman.
