Tyrone Wallace

Tyrone Wallace, who was partially overshadowed by potential top 5 pick Jaylen Brown, still was able to show off his athleticism at California.

Wallace is not a great shooter, but while at his time at California he did averaged 17.1 points per game and 15.3 points per game his junior and senior year respectively. He shot under 30% from the three and under 65% from the line. That will definitely be an area in need of improving as the NBA needs constant shooting from a quality small forward.

Tyrone, who is 6’5″ and weighs 200 pounds, is a left combo-guard. He has shown the ability to play both positions at the collegiate level. Tyrone is comparable to a player such as Jordan Clarkson, but he will still need to develop a consistent shot.

Wallace is projected to go 58 in full mock drafts, but we have picks 53 and 56; therefore, if Wallace made a good impression during his workout then we might have our next Nugget.
