Petr Cornelie

This is the ultimate stash player. Having the 53rd and 56th, the Denver Nuggets could and maybe even target Cornelia to enhance their team in a couple years. With no D-League affiliate, this could be a very realistic target if Denver decides to keep their late-second round picks.

Petr Cornelia stands 6 foot-11 inches, but he weighs only 210 pounds which is small in the NBA.

Here is Petr showing off a little range in one of his work outs!

Petr averaged 8.7 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game for his country of France in the U20 tournament last summer. His lengthy body type will make him an interesting late round target, and if you add that to his deep-range, he could sneak up into a scary spot.

Denver would hope to snag him with the 53rd pick, and they would let him develop more in international play. They would probably also have him put on some weight before making the transition.

Petr has qualities to make him a coveted player, but if he is not coveted enough, he could be finding himself playing international again just under the scope of the Denver organization.
