6. Joakim Noah– New York Knicks, four-year $73 million

Noah was the latest addition to the New York Knicks collection of washed up stars.  $18.25 million per year is brutal for an injury prone veteran who’s best days are behind him.  But, I won’t knock New York for finally making the team more exciting for the massive fanbase.

The new starting lineup is top notch; Derrick Rose, Courtney Lee, Carmelo Anthony, Kristaps Porzingis, and of course, Noah.  It looks like a playoff team, if the guys can stay out of the hospital.

This is the type of contract that we will see for a player of his caliber now.
