Juancho Hernangomez

Selected with the 15th overall pick in last months NBA draft, the 6’9″  forward from Spain has a fascinating skill set. Playing at the 4 spot, he is able to stretch the floor due to possessing range out to the three point line.

He is quick on his feet and can run the floor well. An above average athlete, Hernangomez can finish in the paint off of pick and rolls, while also being able to rebound at a good rate.  He plays with great fire and passion, too. Having played in Europe, it is always incredibly intriguing seeing a European prospect come across to the States and see how his skill set translates.

With the NBA game navigating towards small ball and emphasizing a faster pace, Hernangomez could flourish in the NBA. Nuggets fans are excited to see Juancho play live for the first time, rather than watching YouTube videos.

After Summer League, the fans and Juancho himself will know a little more about what is in store for the future.
