4 – Brooklyn Nets

The Nuggets and the Nets only met twice last season; however, both games were decided by one point, and the Nuggets lost both games.

The first was lost to a buzzer-beating three-pointer from Joe Johnson, stealing away a would-be two-point victory, and the second came at a miraculous tip-in by Briij Lopez that left 0.4 seconds on the clock, taking another victory away from the Nuggets. That tip-in loss also came in OT.

If one team remembers this series better than the other, its the Nuggets. Both games were two of their most-winnable losses, and each ended with a heartbreaking conclusion. If the Nuggets and the Nets meet again in the 2016-17 season, their games will likely come right down to the wire, and the Nuggets will have some close-out redeeming to do.
