Ish Smith will take over duties as the primary ball handler for the second unit, and compared to Steve Blake, this is actually a huge plus.  Smith is such an underrated passer, averaging a rediculous 7.0 assists per game while he played with the 76ers last season. He and Jon Leuer will provide a much needed offensive boost off the bench.
