Boston Celtics

The Celtics failed to convince Kevin Durant to join the Celtics in their quest for their 18th banner.  They did sign Al Horford on a 4-year deal, proving that Boston can still bring in big name free agents.  Then Boston kept it practical and took up Amir Johnson’s and Jonas Jerebko‘s team options, which are fair contracts under the new cap.  Evan Turner is a loss that can easily be overlooked.  The Celtics could have done more with that they have.
