The NBA season will be upon us quicker than we know it, and with several franchise altering moves this offseason, check out where we rank each and every NBA team.

The NBA has had a wild offseason with the transition of Kevin Durant to the Warriors, and many more stars finding a new home. Along with the draft, this offseason proved to a vital turning point for not just teams like the 76ers and Lakers but also the Celtics, who were able to snag Al Horford.

This offseason has changed the look for several franchises, and many have bounced into the top-tier of the NBA while other have seemingly dropped of the face of the NBA.

The game is changing, and this will be the first year without legends such as Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant. Along with Dwyane Wade in a Bulls jersey, this season will prove to be a turning point for the NBA.
