Denver Nuggets 2.0: Predicting Every Nuggets’ 2k17 Rating
By Evan Hosmer
Joffrey Lauvergne- Overall 75 (2K16-74)
King Joffrey also enters this season fresh off of a new deal with the Nuggets. Lauvergne spent the summer playing for his country France in the Olympics, gaining valuable experience in the process. Lauvergne was a solid player in 2K16, having sneaky good shooting stats and inside scoring and being a solid role player.
Joffrey should see his shooting stats remain relatively consistent, but may receive some boosts in offensive rebounding and low post defense IQ. Lauvergne will be a player that will be ideally used as a stretch five when more scoring is needed on the 2nd unit in game.
Utilize Joffrey in both the pick and fade game, along with the pick and roll game to utilize his high inside scoring ability. Lauvergne will be a solid role player that will surprise opponents with his versatile offensive skillset.
