Nikola Jokic- Overall 79 (2K16- 77)

Perhaps the most exciting player on the Nuggets roster is the Serbian sensation Nikola Jokic. Jokic along with teammate Gary Harris saw a massive increase in overall rating during 2K16. Jokic also had a very solid showing in the 2016 Rio Olympics for Serbia which should only help his overall in 2K17. He excelled at scoring inside combined with solid rebounding and low post defense stats.

Jokic should see an increase in overall due to natural progression and his strong summer. He should see ratings increase in his shooting stats, being around the 80 mark for both his mid and three point shots. Along with this, he should see a slight increase in his offensive rebounding and on ball IQ stats. Jokic will still be dragged down by his physical stats and his other defensive stats, but finishing third in the rookie of the year voting should help his rating increase.

Jokic will be a great player to use as a stretch five, using pick and rolls and pick and fades effectively. He will be able to knock down open jumpers off the pick and fade, while being an elite inside scorer off the pick and roll. Look for Jokic to be one of the best Nuggets players in the game in 2K17.
