Jusuf Nurkic-B+

Nurkic has been the clear cut best player for the Nuggets so far.

He had another impressive game. With 18 points and 5 rebounds, he showed he can man the paint with the best of them.

Let’s not overlook he had a difficult match-up with Karl Anthony-Towns, who was outstanding himself in this game.  Despite the heroic effort by the reigning rookie of the year, the Bosnian Beast was also able to block 2 shots and come away with 2 steals.

The only knock against him in this game was his 57% free throw percentage.

However, this could’ve just been a hiccup for all we know at this early point of the year.
