After recently suffering their fifth lost, the Denver Nuggets will look to avenge the Detroit Pistons who blew them out earlier this season.
The Denver Nuggets have lost two blow out games and this season. One was understandable and to the champion-level Warriors and the other was to the Pistons. In their fifth game of the season, the Denver Nuggets traveled to Detroit to take on the Pistons. That game ended in a 103-86 Pistons win.
The Nuggets saw Wilson Chandler, who is available to play but may not end up playing, score 21 points in that game, but it does deny the fact that Nuggets need to learn from this game.
Andre Drummond, the center for the Detroit Pistons, scored 19 points on 6/10 shooting and 7/11 from the line. While Drummond did have a monster game also securing 20 rebounds, the Nuggets need to look at the big picture.
The Denver Nuggets started this game down 29-12 after the first quarter. The Nuggets have had issues closing games this season, but they also but be able to not lose the game in the first quarter. Starting strong tonight for the Denver Nuggets will be a huge task, and it is something that they must do.
