Nuggets next two uniforms: What to expect
1. Nuggets “White Gold” gets a remodel
The Nuggets white gold uniform is a uniform they’ve been sporting the last couple of seasons and has a pretty slick look to it. The pick-axe logo on the uniform takes Nuggets fans back to the days when the team used the miner logo and the pick-axe is starting to make a comeback already in the Nuggets first two new uniforms. In both of the uniforms the team revealed yesterday the pick-axe logo is right on the top of the shorts and brings an awesome touch to the shorts. This would be the “athlete’s mindset” inspired jersey and would release earliest of the two and seems to be a hit amongst the players, which would go along with what the jerseys are inspired to be.

These jerseys could stay in the picture because of how popular they are and it would give the team another white uniform to use. Teams can choose between any four uniforms next season when playing at home, but having two white uniforms would probably be useful to use when playing on the road when the opposing team is wearing a dark colored jersey.
The remodel on the white gold jersey would come with the new sponsored Western Union patch and the jersey would lose the sleeves. Nike is going away from sleeved uniforms with the hope of giving athlete’s more mobility and bettering athletic performance. From all we know Nike are the one’s fully on the design for the last two uniforms so it’ll be interesting to see if they stick with a concept the team has used in recent years. Nike may want to go complete away from the old jersey style and could create something that we could never expect.
One thing’s for sure though and that’s if they keep these jerseys, and give them a bit of a twist, I won’t have any issue with it. The pick-axe on the jersey is sweet and they are awesome to watch the team play in. They would more than likely be a pretty popular sale amongst Nuggets fans in the team store as well.
