First up is the all-time leader in assists, Alex English.

Okay, I understand that English is the leader in almost everything for the Nuggets franchise. In fact, English is the all-time franchise leader in points, games, minutes played, field goals, field goal attempts, offensive rebounds, and of course, assists.

You can make the argument that the amount of games play a big part in his totals. While that could be, I have to include the assists leader for the franchise, and possibly the best player in the history of the franchise.

According to basketball-reference, during his time as a Denver Nugget English averaged the most assists of his career in 4.4 assists per game. He was more known as a scorer, but as I stated before, I feel obligated to include the career assists leader on this list. While his highlights may not be from his passing most of the time, it’s good to know who’s on top.
