Gary Harris may be due for his best season of his career yet.

Gary Harris is quickly becoming one of the most beloved players on the Nuggets’ roster within the Mile High city.

He has shown a terrific work ethic and has improved every year of his young career and he looks like he will be one of the key building blocks for the future of Denver basketball. This coming season will be quite different for the Nuggets as they have added a veteran star in Paul Millsap to couple with the young star in Nikola Jokic.

However, many are looking at the shooting guard and seeing the potential in the young man. Could we see a big three within the Nuggets basketball team this year? It is not as far fetched as you think.

We all know about Jokic and Millsap by now, but Harris could very well become the next great two way player in the league. Harris has always been a great defender since he came into the league, but last season he showed he can be one of the go to options on offense. He was a top ten three point shooter in the league last season and was one of the best players when it came to cutting to the basket for an easy bucket.

With a guy like Nikola Jokic dishing out assists left and right, Harris got many of these opportunities. Now, imagine how many more chances like this he will get with Jokic and Millsap down low, who is also a great passing big man.

There are many people not just within Nuggets Nation, but in the general NBA public who are thinking Gary will be one of the biggest break out performers this coming year.

While it seems like a bold prediction, do not be surprised if Gary Harris is up there with Klay Thompson and Kawhi Leonard for being one of the best two way players this coming season.
