The Nuggets will return to the Mile High to take on the Hawks after a rough road trip.

The Denver Nuggets are currently on a losing streak, but they will have a chance to bounce back against the struggling Atlanta Hawks. Denver will return to their home floor where they have been outstanding this year.

Definitely a lot better than they have been on the road, but we won’t get into that as of right now. The Nuggets key players will be looking to ride off their great performances in Golden State.

Nikola Jokic is coming off a triple double and will have a good chance of repeating this type of game. Gary Harris has also been effective as of late and the team will need him to repeat this kind of performance in order to defeat this young Hawks team.

Jamal Murray did a fair job of holding his own against Steph Curry, but he will have another tough test trying to contain the young Dennis Schroeder. However, Murray is capable of having a big game against this Atlanta squad. Trey Lyles has been a great addition to the second unit and will once again be key in leading this Denver bench in this game.

Denver has to make sure they don’t become complacent though as they have made it a habit to lose to teams they should defeat this season. However, this game will be the perfect time for them to get back in the win column as they have had two losses in a row to the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors recently.

It will be tougher than many fans anticipate, but the Nuggets should be able to bounce back against this rebuilding Hawks squad.

It will be good for the team to at least be back on their home floor after their California road trip.
