The Denver Nuggets will look to capitalize off their momentum they received from the win over the Thunder against the defending champion, Golden State Warriors.
The Denver Nuggets will continue their difficult February stretch. This game, they are hosting the defending champs in the Mile High.

Denver Nuggets
With the four headed monster of Draymond Green, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, Denver will have to be clicking on all cylinders once again. Denver started off hot against Oklahoma City the other night and they will need to the same thing against Golden State.
The one advantage the Nuggets possess is they have had a day to rest up whereas the Warriors just played the Kings. Golden State is on the tail end of a back to back and is coming into the thin air of Mile High. A key advantage for the Nuggets. Kevin Durant even said if they play like they did against the Kings, the Nuggets will prevail.
However, Golden State is the defending champion for a reason and they will test Denver in every way imaginable.
If the Nuggets are smart, they will get out and run as much as possible to take advantage of the Warriors’ weary legs. If not, Golden State will take advantage of half court sets. They will run their offense to perfection like they always do night in and out.
The Nuggets are still in a bit of a desperation mode despite winning four of their past six games. However, they are still stuck in the eight seed and at risk of losing out on the post season again. After missing the playoff by one game last year, missing the playoffs by a slim margin would be devastating.
