The Nuggets kept their winning ways alive with a fourth quarter explosion to defeat the visiting San Antonio Spurs.

Although the Spurs led for much of the game on torrid shooting (53.7% for the game, 71% in the first half).

The Spurs came in light a couple of All-Stars in Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge.  They lost Manu Ginobli in the 3rd with a foot injury.

They got an outstanding performance from former Nugget Joffrey Lauvergne (26 and 11 on 80% shooting) and benefited from some questionable defense by the Nuggets in the first half.

The Spurs were game, their bench provided a big lift but this night belonged to the home team.
